The 1999 born list has been increased from 130 to 165 and will gradually go up when the season begins.  The top 2000 born list and the 1999 have been adjusted to reflect recent tournaments through the spring so far.  And new is the Top 45 for Western USA which is a preliminary ranking and identifying list.
 
Rankings
The rankings include the top 165 for 1999 born and the top 130 for 2000.  New is the top 45 for Western USA.  There has been much movement in the various provinces and USA list as reports have been steadily filtering in.  The North American Hockey Classic is reflected in the newest rankings
Interviews
The Interview section has been increased for during the summer as for everyone to get to know some of the other top prospects in western Canada.
First, we interview a Saskatchewan born forward who led his team in goals as a first year player.  He has really focused on his off-ice training and looks to have a huge bantam draft year.
Next we interview an Alberta forward who is moving from a last place team to a first place team.  His size and strength are his main attributes.
Then we speak with an Alberta defenceman who played “AA” hockey but could be one of this years fastest risers.
Interviewed is a forward who had near a point per game as a first year bantam player and should be a key player for his team this year.
We have included a special 2000 born section in this newsletter which includes four interviews with a pair of western Canada top forwards and a pair of top defenceman.

Interviews

First we speak with a BC defenceman who prides himself on a good first pass and good offensive upside.
Next, we interview a Manitoba forward who was part of the powerhouse Manitoba Falcons and should play a key role for his Winnipeg team in the fall.
Then we have a comprehensive goalie section where we interview 2 of the top BC goalies and arguably the top goalie from Saskatchewan.
One of the top forwards from Alberta is interviewed who led his team in scoring last season as a first year bantam player.
The a section on two of the top 2000 born prospects, one from Alberta and one from BC.
North American Hockey Classic Review
A full and comprehensive review of the 1999 and 2000 born age groups from one of, if not the biggest spring/summer tournament.  The Review has 11 pages of content that pretty much covers everything you need to know.  As well, the allstar selections are included and we point out who the key players were.
Western USA Rankings/Player Profile
The Top 45 Western USA prospects are listed and we profile one player who had a great North American Hockey Classic who seems interested in the WHL route from Minnesota!
